Lead times and shipping

Each custom piece is made to order and by hand: it is molded, glazed, your name is brush-lettered on it, and it is fired. For this reason, the delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks. Our goal is to have it ready in 6, but as it is a handcrafted process, drying and firing times may extend it slightly.

Do you need it for a specific date, such as a wedding or a birthday? Email us at info@varroartisans.com before placing your order and we will confirm if we can make it in time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on your address. We will notify you by email as soon as your order ships, with the tracking link.

As they are made especially for you, custom pieces cannot be exchanged or returned. If one arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it.
